Wobidobi
Run repeatable feedback workflows under your own brand

What is Wobidobi?
Wobidobi is feedback workflow software for teams and agencies that run recurring surveys, research, and client feedback. It brings branded questionnaire creation, link-based distribution, response collection, and results review into one workspace. Instead of treating every questionnaire as an isolated form, Wobidobi is built around repeatable feedback processes that teams can run consistently.
- Recurring feedback is rebuilt across disconnected tools for every new cycle.
- Generic form builders focus on one-off collection, not an ongoing team process.
- Teams lose brand consistency when every questionnaire is created separately.
- Results remain disconnected from the context teams need to act on them.
- Create a branded questionnaire inside a dedicated workspace.
- Publish each feedback workflow through a shareable link.
- Collect responses and review the results in the same workspace.
- Run client, research, and team feedback in one consistent environment.

I actually like this idea. A lot of teams use forms for feedback, but once you have to run the same process again and again, things get messy pretty quickly. Having the questionnaire, responses and results all in one place - while keeping everything under your own brand - feels really useful for agencies and research teams. Also feels like a product where there are already people online asking about customer feedback, surveys and research workflows. That’s actually what we’re working on with EarlyCustomers - finding those conversations across Reddit, X and LinkedIn where people are already looking for something like this. Could be a pretty interesting channel for Wobidobi: https://earlycustomers.com
Thanks, Aryan. You’re right that the recurring workflow is the part I’m most interested in validating. EarlyCustomers could be relevant, but for Wobidobi the useful signal would not be a general mention of surveys or customer feedback. We need to find agencies and research teams that are repeatedly rebuilding branded questionnaires and already feel the manual overhead. Could you share one or two examples of conversations that EarlyCustomers would identify as relevant for Wobidobi? I’d be interested to see how it distinguishes an active problem and realistic buying intent from broader discussions about feedback.
