Launch Sprint

    Your 4-Step Plan to a
    Strong Product Launch

The Launch Sprint is SaaS Hive's monthly competition for founders. Every founder who publishes a product page during the calendar month is entered automatically, on every plan, free. The top 3 on the leaderboard at midnight UTC on the last day of the month each win a Founder Spotlight interview on the SaaS Hive blog.

Ranking is based on four signals: reviews, upvotes, product page completeness, and community engagement. The same signals build the trust and recency AI search engines look for when deciding what to recommend.

Follow each step in order. The founders who complete all four launch with real reviews, real visibility, and real momentum from day one.

    Step 1

    Build your product page

Your product page is your storefront. Get it ready before you do anything else. A polished draft is all you need to start.

Complete your product description, screenshots, and pricing
    Schedule your launch date
Save as draft or publish when ready
    2
    Step 2

    Connect with fellow founders

The founder community is public and readable by AI crawlers, so every post and comment sits on a page ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude can read when someone asks for tool recommendations. Show up with something useful and you build a second surface where your product can be found, alongside your product page.

Post a short intro in the community
Comment on another founder's post with a real question or an answer you have
Upvote the products you actually like

Want another founder to try your product and tell you what they think? That's the Feedback Exchange, a give-to-get system separate from reviews. Give feedback to earn points, spend them on a request of your own.

    3
    Step 3

    Bring your audience in

Share your product page with your own network. The reviews and trust signals you can collect even before launch day so you don't start from zero when you go live.

Share your direct page link on LinkedIn, X, and your email list
Ask users who've tried your product for an honest review
Add the "Listed on SaaS Hive" badge to your website
    4
    Step 4

    Launch and keep building

On launch day, your product becomes visible to everyone. The momentum doesn't stop there. Your ranking grows with every new signal you collect.

Reply to every review and comment on your page
Post your launch on social media and tag @saashive
Keep showing up for other founders in the community
