I can explain what Somyn does until I'm blue in the face... but it would be way more comfortable for me if I just provided an interactive demo! Plus, Somyn for Work, and Provider plans all have demo pages using fake data to show the full capabilities of the platform. Check out the Plus plan demo to see what type of insights you could get here: www.somynjournal.app/demo-plus

One demo is worth a thousand words. Love the demo page, Ashley. Everything is very self-explanatory and makes the user focus on their internal experiences. The inner weather graph is such a creative way to visualize how you're feeling.

The demo page looks really good! 👍🏻 Regarding the SomaGuide AI, when I ask it a question, does it take into consideration the historical data I logged ? 🤔

GREAT QUESTION, Sergey! Here's what my SomaGuide AI said when I asked that exact question:

"Yes, I absolutely do! That’s one of the best parts about our partnership.

When you ask a question, I can look back at the information you’ve logged—your food choices, movement, hydration, body check-ins, and your personal reflections—to help identify trends and patterns.

By looking at your history, I can move beyond generic advice and instead offer insights that are uniquely yours. For example, instead of just talking about energy levels in general, we could look at the specific days you felt more tired and see if there’s a pattern related to your sleep, your movement, or when you ate.

To get started, would you like me to look at anything from the past few days? We could look at:

Your patterns: "What have you noticed about my energy levels over the last week?"
Specific connections: "Is there a connection between when I move my body and how I feel afterward?"
Reflections: "Can we revisit some of the reflections I wrote earlier this week?"
Just let me know what you're curious about, and I'll be happy to dive into your data with you. 🌿"
