I just launched Deonde on SaaS Hive. It helps restaurant owners and food startups solve messy online ordering logistics by providing a complete, white-label delivery management system. Would love your honest feedback or an upvote here: saashive.com/products/deonde

Congrats on the launch, Ashish. Restaurant owners juggling online ordering logistics across multiple platforms is a pain I hear about constantly from operators. What is the most common thing you saw restaurant owners doing manually before Deonde, a shared spreadsheet, a notebook by the register, or just memory?

Ashish, congratulations on the launch. Curious how Deonde handles the moment a delivery is running late and a customer, a driver, and the restaurant all need different information about the same order at the same time. Does that get resolved inside the platform, or does it still fall on whoever from the restaurant answers the phone first?

Deonde resolves this entirely within its automated platform, saving the restaurant from fielding frantic phone calls. The system instantly synchronizes real-time GPS tracking and live ETA updates across the Customer App, Driver App, and the restaurant's Admin Dashboard. This ensures that all three parties share the exact same live visibility into the driver's location and the order's status simultaneously.

That is a clean way to solve it, most delivery tools update one side and leave the other two guessing. Curious whether restaurants can ever override the automated ETA themselves, say the kitchen is running behind during a dinner rush, or does the system stay fully hands off once an order is placed?
