I've struggled with this my whole carreer!
Hi everyone!
This is Miguel. I'm a second time founder and operator currently solving one of the problems I've experienced all throughout my career even in well funded projects and when working with people way smarter than me.
Our feedback mechanisms have long been broken. This is a problem I've seen in many different edges of multiple organizations. Product, Operations, Recruitment.
There's nothing better than talking to users, customers, employees, candidates. But you're seriously telling me that the next best thing is forms?
That's why I built Stetos.co . So that anyone can create and deploy Voice and Chat agents, specialized in actually listening. It's the best of both worlds. The scale of a survey but with the depth of a human conversation. Just share a URL or embed an agent on your app or website.
Our platform can synthesise thousands of conversations into profound, backed, actionable insights (and a couple more cheeky things).
Anyhow. Really happy to be here. Happy to connect and talk to other founders. And if I can be of any help, let me know.
Miguel

Welcome Miguel! I love this idea of using a voice agent instead of a form to synthesize the customer feedback into actionable insights. Are you finding that people actually open up more to an agent than they would in a form?
Hi Olga. Yes, information density is also a lot higher. 3 minutes are equivalent to around 10 minutes on chat or writing in general.
People are more spontaneous and honest, and since the agents engage in a dynamic conversation, we find that more often than not, they keep finding things the team wouldn't have thought about asking or putting in a form.

3 minutes of voice equal to 10 minutes of writing makes total sense. I do the same thing myself, I talk to my phone/computer instead of typing whenever I can. And the point about people being more spontaneous and honest in voice is so true. When you type, you edit yourself. When you talk, you just say what you actually think.

Thanks, Olga. Most voice AI is tailored and priced around Customer Service. We're pulling the other way because that's where we think current technology can create the most value as opposed to just reducing costs.
Welcome to the community, Miguel 🙋🏻♂️ I really like the idea of providing feedback verbally 👍🏻.
Thanks Sergey! Feel free to try it out, the Free plan allows you to run a couple of tests. We've had people use it for an amazing range of things, from internal processes, daily pre-standups, interview pre-screening, etc. It's really versatile in that sense.
Miguel, the point about spontaneous honesty in voice versus edited honesty in writing stuck with me. I ran into a similar trust problem building FounderFlow, our AI would summarize what mattered across a business, but I learned the hard way that a confident sounding answer is not the same as a correct one. We ended up grading every insight by confidence instead of presenting all of it as equally certain. Curious whether Stetos runs into the same thing at scale, once you have thousands of conversations feeding in, do you treat every synthesized insight as equally solid, or does some of it carry more weight than the rest?
