Hi everyone — I’m Artem, the founder of Wobidobi.
Wobidobi is feedback workflow software for teams and agencies that run recurring surveys, research, and client feedback.
The current MVP lets teams create branded questionnaires, share them through a link, collect responses, and review results in one workspace. The longer-term goal is to support the complete feedback process — from collection to understanding what requires action.
I started Wobidobi because I wanted to build a product around repeatable feedback workflows rather than treat every questionnaire as an isolated form. After years of building and managing web products and platforms, I’m now going through the very different process of taking my own bootstrapped product from development to customer discovery.
The most useful feedback for me right now: when you hear “feedback workflow software,” what would you expect it to do beyond a traditional form builder?

Welcome, Artem. Beyond just collecting responses, I would expect it to tell me what the feedback actually means once it piles up, which themes keep repeating across surveys, which clients are trending less happy over time, and which piece of feedback is worth acting on this week versus just archiving. That gap between here are the responses and here is what you should do about them is where most form builders stop, and it sounds like exactly where you are aiming Wobidobi to go next.

The current MVP still stops fairly close to “here are the responses.” The next layer should help identify recurring themes, changes over time, and what deserves attention first. I also want to avoid producing generic AI summaries: any conclusion or suggested action should remain connected to the underlying feedback and explain why it matters.
Of the three outputs you mentioned—recurring themes across surveys, client trends over time, or a prioritized list of actions—which would be most valuable in your own workflow?

Artem, in my own workflow the prioritized action list is what I would actually open every day. Themes and trends are useful for stepping back once a week, but day to day I want to know what to do next, not just what happened. The risk is doing that without turning into a generic AI summary, like you said, so I would tie every action back to the specific response it came from rather than a rolled up insight.
I do not have much experience running surveys except for the video courses that I create. I create video courses for Software Developers and once every few months I ask my learners what would they like to learn next. I do it with Google Forms. I visited Wobidobi and notices that it is mostly for teams. So as a solo content creator I am not the target audience but still, I went to a website wondering how is it different from Google Forms. It would be helpful if there was a link on a website somewhere that compares Wobidobi to other largest players out there. These type of comparison articles are also very good for SEO and GEO. AI crawlers love them.
Artem, I keep coming back to the point you made here about tying every action back to the specific response instead of a rolled up summary. That is basically the problem I am solving with FounderFlow, just across a founder's whole business instead of one feedback loop. It looks at what is actually happening, decides what needs attention, and tells you the next move, tied back to the real thing that caused it.
