Building Caregence™ to Transform Healthcare with Agentic AI
Hi everyone! 👋 We're excited to introduce Caregence™, a HIPAA-compliant Agentic AI platform built to help healthcare providers, payers, and home healthcare organizations automate complex workflows like patient engagement, prior authorization, revenue cycle management, and care coordination.
We started Caregence because healthcare teams spend too much time on repetitive administrative work instead of focusing on patient care. Our goal is to empower organizations with secure AI agents that improve operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and delivering better patient outcomes.
We'd love your feedback on the platform, especially around the AI workflows, user experience, integrations, and features that would create the most value for healthcare organizations. Thanks for checking us out! 🚀

Kishan, welcome to SaaS Hive. Prior authorization and care coordination are two of the places healthcare teams lose the most time, so starting with agentic workflows around those specifically instead of a general automation layer seems like the right instinct. Are you finding that compliance requirements shape the AI workflow design itself, or is that handled as a separate layer sitting around the core automation?
Thank you Stacy for your warm welcome. Great question! Here, compliance isn't a layer attached to the workflow after the fact, but built into the orchestration itself. Every agent handoff carries role-based access, audit trails, and explainable decisions by default, so governance moves with the automation rather than sitting outside it.

Welcome to the community, Kishan 🙋🏻♂️
Thank You Sergey for warm welcome :)
Welcome Kishan! The UI is well done. I'm not a healthcare provider, but I tried looking at the page as if I were one. What I'd want to see first is: how does Caregence actually improve my patients' experience and my daily work? The page leads with platform architecture, pillars, and how it's built. That speaks to a technical buyer. But the person deciding to adopt this, the clinic administrator or medical director, wants to know: what daily problems does this solve for me? The impact numbers are there (45% less admin load, 5x faster onboarding) but they're buried below the technical sections. I'd consider leading with those results and real use cases up front, then letting the architecture sell itself to the technical team after.
This is exactly the kind of feedback we need, Olga, thank you. You're right that a clinic administrator is reading for outcomes, not pillars, and the current page structure doesn't lead with that. We're taking the reordering suggestion straight to the team.
For what it's worth, our Caregence™ Use Cases page already speaks in that daily-work language (triage support, discharge summaries, staffing, compliance dashboards), worth a look alongside the platform page.
Kishan, building governance into the orchestration itself instead of bolting it on after makes sense given what is at stake in healthcare specifically, a wrong automated decision there carries real consequences beyond lost revenue. Curious whether the audit trail piece was something you designed in early, or whether it came from an actual compliance requirement you ran into after the fact.
