Update to Coin Error Expert
Hello Everyone,
Jinny Moon left me some very helpful feed back and because of that . I've updated the
1. Live Demo mode so that it now automatically populates your vault with 4 sample coins (including a 1955 Doubled Die Cent and a 2004-D Extra Leaf Quarter) so users can immediately experience the full workflow and see what the AI output looks like without having to scan their own coin first.
2. I've streamlined the legal disclosure before the scanner. Because I am an independent tool and need to be very careful to avoid cease and desists from the major grading houses (PCGS, PMG, etc.), I do still require a checkbox agreement, but I have shrunk the massive wall of text into a simple expandable dropdown so it is much faster to get through!
3. I've redesigned the Pro Tier card on the subscription page to make the $14.99/month price massive and impossible to miss. I also added the price directly to the "Start for Free" button on the landing page so users know exactly what the upgrade costs upfront.
Thank you again for the brilliant feedback, it has already made the platform significantly better for new users!

Putting the 1955 Doubled Die Cent in the demo instead of a generic coin is smart, anyone who actually knows error coins recognizes that one instantly, so the demo earns credibility in the first ten seconds instead of just showing a random result. Curious how much pushback you gave yourself on shrinking the legal disclosure, that is usually the one section that stays a wall of text forever because nobody wants to be the reason a grading house sends a letter.
Hi Stacy, thank you so much for the feedback! You absolutely nailed it—using the 1955 Doubled Die Cent in the demo was a very intentional choice. I wanted seasoned collectors to immediately recognize that this isn't just a generic scanner, but a tool built by and for people who actually know the hobby inside and out. Earning that credibility in the first ten seconds is crucial.
Regarding the legal disclosure: there was actually quite a bit of thought (and internal debate!) about how to handle it. You are right that the standard industry practice is to bury it in a massive wall of text that nobody ever reads. But that’s exactly what I wanted to avoid. I didn't want to just hide behind a Terms of Service link.
Instead of a giant block of text, I made the decision to make it concise, bright red, and completely unmissable right at the point of action. By forcing the user to actively check a box agreeing that the AI is an estimator and not a substitute for a physical grading house before they can even scan a coin, it actually provides stronger, more explicit protection than a wall of text they blindly scroll past. It keeps the UX clean while still making sure I am fully covered!

Hi Melissa,
You are very welcome. I really enjoyed seeing what you are building, and I would love the opportunity to get your feedback on FounderFlow as well.
We are currently working on improving and revamping the FounderFlow website so it looks better, communicates the product more clearly, and gives founders a stronger understanding of what FounderFlow can do. But the actual product is available now, and I would really value your perspective on it.
Getting started is simple. Just go to **founderflowhq.ai**, click **Log In**, and then sign up for an account.
FounderFlow is **free to use right now** because I am specifically looking for founders and business owners who are willing to go through the platform and give me candid feedback.
FounderFlow is designed to work as an **AI Executive Chief of Staff**. It helps founders understand what actually matters across their business by identifying important emails, risks, opportunities, relationships, follow ups, and decisions that need attention. The goal is not just to organize information, but to help a founder understand what deserves attention and what action to take next.
If you have some time, I would love for you to explore it as if you were a regular customer. Go through the different areas, see what the AI surfaces for you, and pay attention to what feels useful, what feels confusing, and what you think could be improved.
I would especially love your feedback on what works well, what does not, what you expected to see but did not, and anything that would make the overall experience better.
Please do not feel like you have to be polite about anything you think needs improvement. That is exactly the kind of feedback I am looking for right now.
Since you are building your own product, I think your perspective would be especially valuable, and I would be happy to return the favor anytime.
Thank you again, Melissa. I would really appreciate it.

Hi Sergey! Yes, just reviewed it—thank you so much for the detailed suggestions! I really appreciate you testing the demo, catching the password field need, and pointing out the UI/font tweaks. Super helpful feedback!

Hi Stacy! I’d love to check out FounderFlow. An AI Executive Chief of Staff sounds like a great concept for founders. I'll sign up, test the workflow from a user perspective, and share my candid feedback with you soon!
I also published my feedback just now. Although I don't think it was as detailed as feedback from Jinny. But I tried my best 😅
Hi Sergey,
Thank you so much for the thorough review and testing out the demo! I'm glad the hero section and value were clear right away.
Adding a "repeat password" field is a great catch to avoid typo lockouts. I've also noted the About page desktop alignment and font consistency on the dashboard to clean up.
Thanks for taking the time to share such helpful feedback!
Love how fast you implemented that feedback, Melissa. Nice work.
Thanks so much, Olga! I really appreciate the encouragement. Trying my best to keep things moving quickly! 😊 – Melissa
Thank you for the update, Melissa! I’m glad my feedback was helpful, and these changes sound like meaningful improvements. Automatically adding sample coins to the Live Demo should make the platform’s value much easier to understand immediately, while the expandable disclosure keeps the necessary legal protection without overwhelming users. Making the Pro pricing more visible also creates much clearer expectations from the beginning.
It’s great to see how quickly you listened to feedback and turned it into practical changes. I’m excited to try the updated experience!
Thanks so much, Jinny! Your feedback was a huge help in dialing in those details. Really appreciate your support!
