TriageAI — Auto-classify your support inbox. Stay in Gmail.

Every morning, founders waste 30-40 minutes sorting the same support emails before doing any real work.

Pricing questions. Refund requests. Bug reports. Feature asks. Same emails, every day.

TriageAI connects to your Gmail and:

✦ Auto-classifies incoming support emails into categories

✦ Drafts replies based on your previous responses

✦ Flags urgent emails so nothing slips through

✦ Gives you a clean dashboard to see what needs attention

No helpdesk migration. No per-seat pricing. No $74/month Intercom plan.

Just your Gmail inbox finally organized.

    Flat $19/month. Currently validating.

Does it read and display my emails in TriageAI app? I am a little cautious letting other apps connect and read my gmail. Does it work with Gmail only or supports emails with corporate domain names?

Really appreciate you asking this, it's exactly the right question to ask before connecting any app to your inbox.

    Here's how it works:

    • TriageAI reads your emails only to classify and draft replies. It doesn't store the full email content, just the metadata and category labels.
    • You stay in control. The app never sends anything on your behalf, AI drafts, you approve and send.
    • You can disconnect access anytime directly from your Google account settings.

On domain support, great question. Gmail and Google Workspace (so yes, your company domain like [email protected]) are supported. Other providers like Outlook/Microsoft 365 are on the roadmap but not in the first version.

I'm building this with privacy as a core constraint, not an afterthought.

The 30 to 40 minutes every morning line is real, I hear a version of that from almost every solo founder I talk with, just aimed at a different inbox each time, support tickets, DMs, missed follow ups. What I have found interesting building FounderFlow is that classification alone does not remove the anxiety, people still want to know which of the ten flagged items actually needs them today versus which one can wait. Are you finding founders ask for that kind of ranking once the categories are already sorted, or does clean categorization solve most of the problem on its own?
