For anyone running more than one business at once, what is the thing that falls through the cracks first?
I keep noticing that people running two or three businesses at the same time do not describe their problem as being busier. They describe it as losing track of which business needs what, a decision sitting unanswered in one business while attention goes to whichever one is loudest that day.
I am curious how multi-business operators actually catch this. Is it a shared dashboard, a weekly review you force yourself to do, or mostly memory and whichever business calls you first?
