The week I realized my memory was the actual bottleneck, not my time

Three months into running three businesses at once, I noticed something odd. I was not actually behind on work. I was behind on remembering where work stood. Every switch between business A, business B, and business C cost me a few minutes just reconstructing context, and that tax happened dozens of times a day.

That observation became the reason I started building FounderFlow, an AI Executive Chief of Staff. It watches your business, identifies what matters, protects your revenue, and tells you exactly what to do next. The build in public part of this has been less about features and more about admitting that the hardest problem was never the dashboard, it was rebuilding trust that the system actually knew what mattered before I did.

We are onboarding the first 30 founding members personally right now, not running a public launch, because getting that trust right takes real setup per person, not a generic onboarding flow.
